Terms of Use

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms apply when you use FloatFuse (the "site"), run by its team. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What FloatFuse is

FloatFuse is an interface to software on the Solana blockchain: the Float program and Raydium's programs, plus the site's own payout keeper. FloatFuse is not the Float team and is not endorsed by it. When you launch a coin here, you sign one payment in your own wallet; the site then launches the coin through the Float program from its own wallet and sends you the coins of your first buy. We never hold your keys, can't reverse or cancel a transaction, and don't act as your broker, adviser or agent. How the platform works, including fees and rewards, is described in the Docs.

Risks

Coins launched on FloatFuse are highly speculative and can lose all of their value. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a promise of profit. Fee shares, holder rewards, stock payouts and trader airdrops depend on trading activity, can be small or nothing, and their rules may change. Smart contracts can have bugs, and the Float program has not had an outside audit. Blockchains, wallets, RPC providers and third-party services can fail or be delayed. The Risks section of the Docs lists more. Only use money you can afford to lose.

Tokenized stocks and third-party tokens

Coins are paired with, and holders are paid in, tokenized stocks issued by third parties (such as xStocks, Sunrise and PreStocks), not by the companies themselves and not by us. Those issuers set their own terms: they can pause, freeze, move or burn their tokens, and some don't offer them in certain countries (xStocks, for example, aren't offered to US persons). A coin is not a share and gives no rights in any company, and this site isn't affiliated with or endorsed by those companies or by the Float team. Coins are created by their launchers, not by us, and we don't vet them.

Launches and payments

Your payment covers the launch's rent and network fees and your first buy. If the launch cannot complete after the payment landed, the site retries it and, failing that, refunds the payment by hand to the paying wallet; contact us with the order. Launch costs are not refundable once the coin is live.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for your wallet and keys, for checking what you sign, for any taxes, and for following the laws and the token issuers' terms that apply where you live. Don't use the site for anything illegal, including fraud, market manipulation, money laundering or sanctions evasion, and don't launch coins that impersonate people or companies, infringe others' rights, or contain illegal content. We may hide such coins, or anything else, from the site.

No warranty, limited liability

The site and the software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site's team is not liable for any loss or damage from using the site, the software or any token, including lost funds, lost profits, or losses caused by bugs, outages, third-party tokens or other users.

Changes

We may change the site, the keeper's settings, the site's cut of the creator share or these terms. The date above shows the latest version.

Privacy

There are no accounts, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies. When you connect a wallet, the site reads public on-chain data for its address. Everything you do on chain, including launches, trades and payouts, is public by nature. Images and details you add when launching a coin are stored by the site and are public and permanent. The services the site relies on (Cloudflare, Helius, Jupiter) process standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver the site. We don't sell personal data.
