How FloatFuse works on top of Float, where the fees go, and what to know before you trade.
How it works
FloatFuse launches coins through the Float program. Every coin is paired with a token: a tokenized stock like NVIDIA, Tesla or McDonald's, a pre-IPO name like OpenAI or Anthropic, a privacy coin (ZEC or XMR), or plain SOL or USDC. Coins trade on the Solana terminal or aggregator of your choice, like Axiom, GMGN or Jupiter. Holder rewards are paid in the paired token (wrapped SOL for SOL-paired coins, which your wallet can unwrap).
Coins launch on Raydium LaunchLab with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, no mint or freeze authority, and a starting market cap of about $20,000. The price follows a bonding curve as people buy. At about 7.5x (roughly $150,000), the coin graduates: its liquidity moves into a Raydium pool and is locked forever with Raydium's Burn & Earn, so it can never be pulled.
Pick the stocks
Up to ten tokenized stocks the holders are paid in. Pick none and they are paid in SOL. This list is fixed at launch.
Pick the anchor and the fee
The token the coin trades against on its curve, and a trading fee of 1%, 2% or 2.5%.
Set the first buy and sign one payment
The site launches the coin and, if you asked for a first buy, buys it in the launch transaction itself, so nobody can buy before you, and sends those coins to your wallet.
Coins on FloatFuse are launched through the Float program by the site's launch wallet: you sign one payment, the site launches the coin and, if you asked for a first buy, buys it in the launch transaction itself, so nobody can buy before you, and sends those coins to your wallet.
Fees
Creators pick a trading fee of 1%, 2% or 2.5% per buy and sell. Raydium keeps part of it (0.25% while a coin is on its curve). The rest is collected by the Float program and split the same way for every coin, before and after graduation:
| 15% | Holders | Paid to the coin's holders in the paired token, pro rata to how much of the coin they hold. |
| 5% | Creator | On this site the launcher decides where the creator share goes: to the coin's holders in up to ten stocks, to the creator, to any wallet, to a charity, or a mix (see Fee routes). |
| 35% | Flagship | Buys back and burns $FLOAT, the Float flagship token. |
| 35% | Traders | Converted to USDC and airdropped to the top traders by volume (see Analytics). |
| 10% | Treasury | Funds the platform. |
Fees build up in Raydium's vaults until someone presses Cycle fees on a coin's page (anyone can, and the payout bots do it automatically). Cycling claims them and splits them on chain.
Rewards
Holders. Every few minutes Float's payout bot sends each coin's holder share to its holders in the paired token, pro rata, wherever they bought. Rewards are paid into the wallet's token account for that token; if it has none, the bot creates one once the wallet is owed at least $0.50. Smaller amounts roll over to the next round. Rewards are for holding: if you sell before a payout, what you were still owed goes back to the coin's holders. The coin page shows what has been paid and what is waiting.
Traders. The traders' share collects in one vault as USDC and is airdropped to the wallets that trade Float coins, on any terminal, each in proportion to its volume, sent straight to the wallet. Bots (wallets with more than 100 trades in any hour) aren't eligible, and neither is volume from wash trading or volume bots. The Analytics page shows the leaderboard for the coins launched here and when the next airdrop goes out.
Flagship. The flagship share is swapped to SOL and spent buying $FLOAT, the Float flagship token, which is then burned, automatically and on chain, a little at a time so no single buy moves the price much. The buyback vault is a program account no one holds a key to; its address is under Contracts below, so every buy and burn can be checked on Solscan.
Stock payouts
This is what FloatFuse adds. When you launch here, you pick up to ten tokenized stocks (on the home page or the launch page). Float pays the coin's creator share (5% of every fee) to the coin's fee receiver, which on this site is an account that belongs to that coin alone. The site's keeper sweeps it, turns it into SOL, and at every payout round buys the stocks you picked in equal parts and sends them to everyone holding the coin, in proportion to how much they hold. Pick no stock and the holders are paid in SOL.
The stocks are fixed at launch and cannot be changed later.
Rounds run about every minute once a coin's pot holds at least 0.005 SOL. A holder line under the floor (shown on each coin page) rolls over to the next round. The site keeps 10% of the creator share for its costs; the rest is paid out.
Stocks are bought through Jupiter at market. A stock with no route at that moment is skipped for that round and its share stays in the pot.
Every payout links to its transaction on the coin page and on your profile. The keeper's wallets are under Contracts below.
Fee routes
At launch you also pick who gets the creator share. It is fixed with the coin and shown on its page.
- Holders. Everyone holding the coin, by how much they hold, in the stocks you picked (or SOL). This is the default.
- Creator. The wallet that launched the coin, in SOL.
- A Solana wallet. Any wallet you paste at launch, in SOL.
- A charity. One of the charities listed on the launch page, in SOL. The site keeps that list and checks each wallet on the charity's own site.
- Mix. Any split of the four in whole percents that add up to 100, for example 50% holders, 30% creator, 20% charity.
The site's 10% cut comes off first; the rest is split by the route. The holders' part goes into the coin's pot and is paid in rounds as described above. The creator, wallet and charity parts build up in SOL and are sent once each reaches 0.002 SOL, so a payment is never smaller than a new wallet's rent. Every payment, to anyone, is listed on the coin page with its transaction, and what each recipient is still owed is shown next to it.
Tickers
Tickers are 1 to 10 letters or numbers, in upper or lower case, and each one can be launched once on Float. Case doesn't make a new ticker: $Pepe, $pepe and $PEPE are the same one. A ticker that already exists on Float cannot be launched on FloatFuse; pick another.
Risks
- Coins are highly speculative. Most lose value, and you can lose everything you put in.
- Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties (xStocks, Sunrise, PreStocks and others), not by the companies themselves, and those issuers keep powers over their tokens: they can pause transfers, move or burn tokens from any wallet, or add transfer rules later. If an issuer pauses its stock, trading and rewards for coins paired with it stop until it resumes.
- Some pre-IPO tokens charge a fee on every transfer, on top of trading fees: 1% for PreStocks and 0.2% for Tessera. Stock payouts in those tokens arrive minus that fee.
- ZEC and XMR on Solana are bridged tokens, not the native coins. Their value depends on the bridge that issues them, and XMR in particular trades in thinner pools, so large trades move its price more.
- xSOL, XBTC and XHYPE are Hylo leveraged tokens: they move several times as much as SOL, BTC or HYPE, in both directions, so coins paired with them and holder rewards paid in them can lose value quickly.
- FloatFuse is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the companies whose stocks coins are paired with, nor by the Float team. A coin is not a share and gives no rights in any company.
- The Float program has not had an outside audit. The site's keeper holds the coins' creator share between the sweep and the payout; a bug or an outage there delays payouts, it does not touch the coin's pool or Float's own holder rewards.
- The launch runs from the site's wallet after your payment. If a step fails, the keeper retries it; a payment whose launch cannot complete is refunded by hand by the site.
- Prices and stats on this site come from on-chain data and third-party price feeds, and can be delayed or wrong.
